    Anyone getting an PEC-AB-0002 error today? I completed a study this morning and then since then I have had that error. I've raised a support ticket but thought I'd see if it was widespread or not. Thank you!

    Not done any studies today but the landing page is as normal for me. Is it worth checking on another browser?

    I hadn't tried that so just checked, and yes still the same - they've got back to my husband who had the same error and they say its because Zen broadband is no longer an approved ISP, so looks like that's that for me. Hopefully it'll get added back again sometime soon. Think this happened for a few months a few years ago. Humph.

    Ooh that's interesting (annoying for you though).

    Does anybody know whether Trooli and CityFibre are both approved ISPs?  They've both been installed in our street recently and are touting for business. Was thinking about moving when our BT contract ends.
