I've never had this happen before and am pretty sure it must be related to the 'attempted cyberattack' currently on their website banner.
Yes, I had this email a few days ago and I just unblocked it from there and I was able to go onto Prolific again fine straightaway...I thought it was something I'd done, as I tried to go on Prolific from my phone while away from home and it didnt like it (something to do with IP addresses). I managed to redeem once after this then it was the day after that all this trouble started not being able to cashout. Again I thought it was just my account until i read about it on here. I got in touch with customer support through the chatbot and got a ticket but i guess they won't reply if this is happening to us all.

Not for me, in fact, whereas before a message came up saying it was processing then it didn't, now im getting messages in top right corner saying 'error' and 'transfer failed'. Is anyone else still having problems? The rest of the site is working perfectly...still getting studies coming through, and payouts approving - i've got up to £13.40 while all this is going on - it's just the cashout that's not working. I got an email telling me to reset my password today, but had no reply from customer support still. Quite worrying.

I managed to unblock my account using the link in the email but I still can't cashout. If I try I just get those instant pop up errors and failure messages in the top right corner.
Still no reply from Prolific to the ticket I raised with them at the weekend either. Their update does say that accounts affected will get an email with more details soon. Interestingly I also had a password reset email today too.1 -

Cashouts now working again as of a few minutes ago

Thank you, just to let you know, it seems to have been resolved in the last hour or so...I've just been able to cash out. Hope everyone else's accounts are sorted as well.

Anyone having problems starting studies? or the website being extremely slow to show the studies page? Just had one with 500 places left(!) by the time it showed the Start Study page, due to it being taking around 2-3 minutes to proceed beyond the reserve place page, it had filled. 3rd study today that has done that
