    Audio Intelligibility Test

    By Laura Lechler

Anyone manage to complete this one?  I tried about 5 rounds and each time I either 'failed' the apparently simple attention checks or didn't complete all the questions.  Gave up in the end and handed it back as a waste of time.
Nope, returned here too. It didn't seem to be loading all of the questions, and wasn't worth the hassle of retrying for $0.95.
Same here, I retried a couple of times in the hope it would count the questions I'd already completed rather than start me from scratch each time. Ended up returning it, messaging the researcher explaining the problem and making it clear I wasn't happy about the time I had wasted on it.

I had a response from the researcher:

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the large interest in the study, the survey unfortunately crashed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We will make our system more resilient and will only make small batches available at a time to avoid this in the future.
    Regardless, we approved the submission.

So I got the $0.95, and also an additional $0.45 adjustment, despite having returned the study.
Always nice when an initially bad experience turns out well in the end.

I'm trying to get to the payment balance page today and I keep getting a '404' page not found error. Hope they sort it soon.

It's working for me at the moment, but before lunch I was getting a "Too many connections" error.
  • I'm getting a 404 error on the balance page and a 429 error on the studies page right now!

And I just got another extra $0.92, for a total of $2.32 for under 10 minutes, including writing the message to the researcher - worth the hassle after all!
The balance page is working fine for me, btw.

Interactive study with possibility of earning up to 18 USD (avg. Payment of $11)

Utterly fed up with seeing this one now. It's kept coming back for what feels like months, and it always hangs around for ages without filling up, so it's clearly not popular. It involves video chatting with other participants, which I'm not set up for (no webcam), and wouldn't be the sort of thing I'd feel comfortable doing anyway. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to click "Not interested" to make it go away.

Same - I really wish there was a way to say that I don't want to do webcam surveys so they never appeared!
