Was it from the same university? If so, it's understandable that the server would be having problems coping with a second study if it was already struggling with one.

I had the slow Finnish study, the one with food and travel choices, it didn't have a completion code come up for me, did it come up for anyone else?

A survey about videos
By rice.edu£1.16 • £119.60/hr10 mins16 places
I just had a message asking me to return this study. I did complete the study, that involved watching videos, but there was no submit button at the end. Should I return the study now, just to keep the researcher happy? I have messaged explaining what happened.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I vaguely remember that one, I returned it at the time as it wasn't working correctly.
Judging from the intended and actual completion time, not many of the 32 people who submitted actually completed the survey.
