Deviating from the Norm (FF 1)
By Michael Wiegand£3.75 • £11.25/hr20 mins0 placesIn this survey, we ask you to list behaviours, habits, character traits, and views of people that you think notably deviate from the norm. Specific instructions will be provided in the survey. Crowdworkers having a strong interest in language are encouraged to participate in this survey.Did anyone else complete this study and get the error message:An unexpected error has occurred and your response cannot be saved. Your responses have not been lost and have been e-mailed to the survey administrator and will be entered into our database at a later date.'At the end no completion code was provided either, so I saved as 'NOCODE'.As soon as I did that I was paid immediately, so assume that was because of the recently introduced automatic approval feature.I don't mind submitting the data again if it got lost obviously, but there were 30 short sentences that I had to enter into the form and I will struggle to remember all of them again. Will just have to wait and see what happens.0 -

I can't see any benefit! Not the end of the world, but a bit irritating!

Its annoying but mine is also wrong, it says I have £4.64 pending but its actually £6.49!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "2

I noticed that too, sammyjammy. I refreshed the page (CTRL+R) and the correct balance came up.1 -
Ahh good spot, how bizarre that it doesn't refresh when you move from one part of site to another!Deleted_User said:sammyjammy said:Its annoying but mine is also wrong, it says I have £4.64 pending but its actually £6.49!

The balance previously shown in the top bar sometimes got out of date, but it always updated when you clicked on it to go to the account page. Having a separate balance page that doesn't update when you switch to it, is a bad bug imo.

Has anyone done the download an app and record 139 phrases one? It was giving about £10 as a reward but I wasn't convinced it was a realistic timescale. And I'm tired. So I returned the study without giving it a go.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
I didn't see that Study elsien. After a really quite a quiet spell I have had six Studies today. The last one, after I started,
(Play immediately] Play with others and earn up to $25/hr
By mit.edu) could not continue because there were not enough players.
I am generally quite slow and I can imagine that dealing with 139 phrases would involve a fair bit of time.0 -
Possible benefit for them by not having to have a widget that updates the front page? It's about as puzzling as when Tesco decide the most logical way to arrange the breakfast cereals would be by having them in two separate aisles. Is it just a random decision, or change for the sake of it? I have sent feedback and am trying not to lose sleep over it (Prolific OR Tesco).DontBringBertie said:I struggling to see what Prolific were thinking moving the balance to another section which you have click through to access. What possible benefit does it have?!4
