I reserved a place on this study and clicked to start.  I was directed to enter my Microsoft Account (not Prolific) login details:  username, email, password etc.  It then said I could not login with a personal Microlsoft account - it had to be, for example, a school account.

I contacted The Researcher but, so far I have not received a reply  and, if I do not Return the Study I will soon be Timed out. 

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution, please?

Update at 1700 hours:  After several attempts to participate, and no reply from the Researcher, I have been Timed Out.  It is disappointing.

I hope you get another opportunity, albion22.  I hoped for a reply from lThe Researcher but, when I was still trying, I was Timed Out.  I think this means that I won't be given another opportunity to participate so I'm not sure what would be the best option for you.

UPDATE at 1750 hrs.  I received a message from The Researcher apologising and saying that the link is now fixed.  Unfortunately, so far, I still cannot access the Study as I 'Timed Out.'

The Researcher got back to me on fixing the issue too. I completed on the link provided and it has since been Approved so happy with that. 

It's unfortunate for you that you got timed out so preventing the Researcher from changing the status I assume?

Managed to get a place on this 'Gorilla' study which is a rare event in itself, but then a message popped up saying 'Your internet connection is not fast enough' and asking me to return the study.

I tried twice but had the same problem unfortunately.

Interestingly, referring to my post on 10 June,  about NFT's,  on my 'About you' on Finance mine states, correctly, that I don't  know  what  NFT's are, I was not screened out and I was invited to participate in the study.  I learned too late, that participants should have at least one NFT.

I was surprised today when my submission for this study was accepted and approved.  The Researcher said that she appreciated my participation although I was not in their intended 'target' audience.

I did not receive notification of that Gorilla Platform Study, Yupiteru, but I'm sure the number of failed attempts on the Gorilla Platform Studies must be quite considerable.

3 surveys at 40 minutes each - £14 - yes I should think so too!

I did the initial survey and got screened out, I imagine given the questions they will have very few people get through so hopefully they are only looking for a handful

I did that one too. Felt like it took longer than the 14 mins claimed but maybe that was because of the pointless bit at the beginning when you had to type out those two long paragraphs. So boring.
