I did this one a few weeks ago, and had exactly the same problem with the 'Submission Failed' message. Don't worry about it, you will get paid. This is the message that the researcher sent out last time :-

"Thank you for participating in the overnight study. Several of you have reported that there was a problem with the submission code at the end. My apologies for the technical error, which we are currently investigating. Rest assured that if you completed the requisite number of surveys, you will be paid soon. Thanks again."

I was a bit concerned that I had failed an attention check in the follow up survey at the end. By then I was feeling so dopey I couldn't think straight! (Isn't sleep deprivation deemed a method of torture ??)

Prolifics guide is £5 an hour. If this thing is keeping you awake all night, then surely they should be paying you for the whole night. I think they need to take into account here they are asking you to do something which is way out of the ordinary.

Got paid today for this survey I did yesterday, even though I recommended not to use my data as I felt the questions were every confusing and my answers probably did not reflect what was really being answered
