I've just been asked to stop a study I was doing on the EU referendum as some of the answers were inconsistent with the pre screening questions. I thought I'd been answering most carefully but there you go. Obviously I was wrong. I found the questions a bit confusing to be honest.

I had the exact same message and ignored it as I know for certain I did NOT answer inconsistently my pre-screening answer would have been the exact same answer to the how did you vote question as I answered on the survey so I ignored the instruction and carried on with the survey - after another few questions I got a message saying as I had chosen not to continue I should close the window - I ignored that too and carried on and eventually got a completion code. However I logged it as a "didn't work smoothly" survey and fully expect them to reject my submssion - at which point I shall object.

I got exactly the same response as you and I was answering carefully as well. I wonder if anyone else has been stopped from completing the survey.

With those sort of things I tend to message the researcher straight away. Chances are they have set it up wrong, appreciate the heads up before it's closed completely, and pay you anyway (sometimes chucking in a bonus payment or a random 'gold star' as well :rotfl:)

    Hey guys. :)

Has anyone had a payout from PA today? I requested one at about 14:30 but I'm not sure if that was past the cut off of them sending payments. x

I've had my cash out today - but I requested it yesterday so was within the time.

I didn't message the researcher. I just did as I was told for once. I must be getting old. :rotfl:

Me too. Iignored it and carried on for a while but then returned as per instructions because I started over-thinking the questions and doubting myself. So glad I am not alone as I was answering honestly.

I decided to contact the researcher and got the following reply.

'Thank you for taking your time to take part in the survey. Sorry about the mistake in the survey design. I fixed and reviewed it. Once again, sorry about the silly mistake. Hope you have a wonderful time.'
