I'm fairly sure I've only been offered the 15 minute ones. I'm not sure I'd be up for an hour of them though!

Been getting a few AI ones appear on my dashboard in the last week ($20 or $30 for an hour - although they always seem to finish early these days - and you still get paid the full amount) but they are not multiple submissions and tend to disappear in a few minutes if you don't go for them almost straight away. I'm often working when they appear so can't usually participate, but managed to squeeze a couple in when they appeared at a more convenient time.

Just had a study where they record you doing tasks. Doorbell has gone 3 times with trick and treaters. 3 times I’ve had to apologise to the recording for the interruption. Plus the study is a $ one, so I’ve had to say it’s Halloween evening here in the UK.

Yes, but I doubt they have trick and treaters at what is mid morning over there. Also not sure when they will watch the recording back (if they do) so worth mentioning it was Halloween.

How do you contact Prolific support? I had a survey rejected because I didn’t get a code so submitted with no code. I did contact the person who rejected the survey but they haven’t replied after 9 days. I do have screenshots showing the last page confirming I completed the survey. But don’t think you can send images through Prolific email.

In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen is an icon which will take you through to an AI chatbot.  If you give it all the information, and ask it to pass the info to a human, it will do so;  Prolific will get back to you (although usually not very quickly).  You won't be able to upload the screenshot but you can make it plain that you have it and can submit it when somebody emails you back.

You can also select the study from your Submissions page and then click on Report Study, which will go to the support team.

Open a second instance of Prolific in a new window, which hopefully will not display the chat box (or, if it does, try a different browser) and take the screenshot in that one.
