No, I returned it as I wasn't sure if they expected us to use our Prolific email and create a password. Didn't feel like trying that so just returned it.

Yes I'm also trying to do that working population one, positive they didn't give out any log in details in the introductory screen. Have emailed them but I assume it will time out before I get a reply!

Someone on Reddit posted about getting kicked off AI fact checking after a recent review. It looks like they got email notification but obviously they don't always notify people. Sometimes you just stop getting studies. Always a good reminder that none of this work is guaranteed.
Also this new Deep Seek AI from China could mean companies slash their Ai development budgets so AI work in general could slow down or disappear.

I’ve seen this but they said they rated a lot of tasks as ‘cannot confidently assess’ when they just didn’t know what to do, so it sounds like there is an explanation.

Ive had loads of non fact-checking AI studies today.

I've used can't confidently asses a few times for things like maths and coding but they could have given clearer guidance on those kind of things once they removed the skip button.

I had a quite a few fact-checking, but I can't be on the list for the non-fact-checking ones, as I didn't see any of those yesterday.

I do use can't confidently assess as well - I try to use it sparingly, but there are some that just aren't within my skillset and any fact-checking I do is basically useless.  They have never addressed what to do if you get a really lengthy set of responses to check and there just isn't enough time in the session to do a proper job.

I suspect my time on this project may be up soon in any case!

Do Prolific chase up any bonus that is supposed to be paid? I completed a 9 week memory app survey where they said the £9 bonus for completing the whole 9 weeks would be paid within two weeks. Two weeks was yesterday. Though I did do this survey 6 months earlier as it’s a recurring survey and that. £9 was paid promptly.

I’m now getting messages from prolific telling me I haven’t submitted my national insurance information and my account may be suspended because of it. I have submitted it twice. I have messaged them to tell them that. They  haven’t replied.

    Survey
In this survey we will ask about your pornography viewing and sexual attitudes and behaviours. Please note that the survey does ask about specific sexual behaviour, sexual interest, and possesses questions about child abuse and sexual interactions between family members. The survey also contains graphic pornographic images. Please consider whether this is something you want to be exposed to before taking part.

    Just been offered this!

Even if someone wanted to take up the offer of free !!!!!! from prolific, would they want pornographic images on their hardware??

Report to prolific? Someone has seriously not thought this one through.
