I just wish I knew why I hadn’t been invited to any AI studies!snowwhyte said:There are definitely still fact checking studies. Not as many as last month but it is relatively steady. I am incredibly grateful to still have access to them but I do wish I was on the list for some of the other AI studies because it's very worrying to be so reliant on one study type.
I've just done my first one. One popped up last night about 7pm but I didn't want to do it then. The fact checking bit was OK I think, but the select the best answer from 2 AI prompts I found a bit difficult to explain why I thought one was better than the other. I wonder if I will be invited for anymore.

It seems like if you're in, you're in for a while as long as you follow the instructions as best you can. Not to say you won't get dropped at a later date when they review people's work or cycle in new people but they usually give you a chance to find your feet with it. Of course we don't know why they make the decisions they do but you should be ok for now so take advantage of it while you can.2

Got confirmation today that I have been removed from the AI studies
said it was no fault of my own but they review participants and move new ones in on a regular basis which is fair enough. So those that have them, make the most of them 😊 1 -
@dancemum5628 oh that's a shame for you - but good to have confirmation. I will try not to get too used to the extra work.0

Sorry to hear you're definitely off them. Did Prolific actually answer a support message? How long did you have the AI studies for?dancemum5628 said:Got confirmation today that I have been removed from the AI studies

Got lots of voice prompt tasks up at the moment. I've never had them before and tried one to see what they're like but I'm not really a fan. I prefer fact checking.1

Anyone else being plagued by underpaid "Describing voice clips, a test of social perceptiveness and insight" studies today? They've been arriving regularly since this afternoon. If they don't stop soon I'm going to block the researcher.

Yeah I emailed them yesterday asking if all was ok as I hadn’t received any in a while and they responded today. I started getting them beginning of Septembersnowwhyte said:

Yes olliebean. For much of this evening there have been 10 at a time, then a short gap and another 10 or more at a time. I completed four then stopped. (Even now - another 10 have just become available quickly followed by another 9.)olliebean said:Anyone else being plagued by underpaid "Describing voice clips, a test of social perceptiveness and insight" studies today? Yes I've got loads of them on my list, not bothering with them.
