Who is the guy in the Valentine's mug???1

Two or three at the most, unless they are very short. I have had some where I have only done one when it's been a long one and then I've got another longer one straight after.blondie511 said:Those of you who are doing lots of the AI fact checking, how many questions are you getting through in the hour? It's taking me so long to fact check some, I'm adding lots of URL links and after reading on here, I'm trying really hard not to click 'can't confidently assess'0 -
Thanks, that's made me feel better as was worried I wasn't getting through enough. Do you exit after an hour regardless? I got a long one about 50 minutes in yesterday and started to fact check but knew it was going to take me a lot longer than the 10 minutes so I submitted it at an hour unfinished.snowwhyte said:They say that they care more about accuracy than speed. I might get through two in an hour, four if they're shorter. It honestly does just depend on how many facts there are and how easy they are to check. I also use lots of sources. I might include two or three for each individual claim if it's more complex.0 -
Yes, I usually submit after an hour even if I have one unfinished. If I've spent a while on it and it seems like I'm close to finishing I might go over by five or ten minutes but I try not to.blondie511 said:

In the early days when we originally had the option to skip tasks I would try to skip to a task I could complete in the hour but I think they judge you on how often you skip so I try not to use it now.
It would be helpful if they gave us advice about what to do in these situations. We're just guessing what we should do and if we guess wrong we might get kicked off the project.0 -
It really would be helpful! I'm pretty new to these studies and have only been doing them for a couple of weeks but now worrying after reading that people have been kicked off of them! Can I ask, as I'm new to it, do you get studies through every day? I have so far but wondered if it continues like that.snowwhyte said:

There have been quiet periods where there have been no studies for a week or two. It has been steady lately but I don't panic if there's a few days without any studies.1

Well, they finally put out guidance on what to do if you don't have enough time to do a fact check task. Check your messages.1

Im also curious, are the AI studies on a separate homescreen type thing or the main Prolific screen? as im usuallly lucky if i get one AI study a month.blondie511 said:Those of you who are doing lots of the AI fact checking, how many questions are you getting through in the hour? They're on the main Prolific dashboard but you only see them if you're on the list or they're recruiting new people.0
