Oh Indigo are so funny,
Here is the latest they are asking for - Lets not forget that they said to the MP they have no indication of me making a complaint.
There's no way for us to trace this payment as it was made at the machine. She would have to provide a copy of her bank statement and it would have to show the date that the payment was made not just the date it came out of her bank.
We are able to check whether the customer contacted Indigo the next day but we would need the telephone number she called from, if you could let us have that we can do a search.
Of coure i can provide the information, well unsure on the phone number as it was a work number, and they are witheld due to the nature of the company.
I have provided them with my bank statment, but it shows 3 days later when the payment hit my bank statment..0 -

I'm not sure about Indigo being funny, they seem very
incompetent to me.
Provide a phone number at your peril ..... their incompetence
could well mean you start getting harassing calls0 -

they can huff and puff as much as they want
the agreement with the BPA and POPLa states that when an appeal is entered that all forms of debt collection should stop
they have not adhered to this
this is against BPA rules
so Mr Clark , what you going to do ? you know an appeal was entered , you know BPA rules , but yet you allow indigo/ZZPS to take the !!!! ??0 -

Well All - I had an email at 8am this morning, from response to my information provided last night -
INDIGO HAVE AGREED TO REFUND MY PARENTS the £170.00 that they were harassed to pay.
In response to my complaint against Indigo and ZZPS, they have gotten out of it. They have ignored the fact that i contacted them the next day, They have ignored the fact that i had made an appeal before the payment was paid by my parents - The appeal and payment were made on the same day Even though i had been in contact with indigo and zzps since the day after the pcn was issued - So now BPA have said they havent broken any rules at all - And that they hadnt broken any DVLA rules either by writing to my father.
Its been over a year of fighting, The main thing is my parents will get their money back.
But how long will these pigs get away with all of this?0 -
wiggle wiggle
" So now BPA have said they havent broken any rules at all - And that they hadnt broken any DVLA rules either by writing to my father. "
