To be perfectly honest I was a bit pi@@ed off with the fella from Three and his offers etc.eDicky said:'Upgrade' is the term used by networks to help you feel good about their making more money out of you. They often make contact a bit early with the good news, to save you having to look at other options.
Obtaining a PAC supersedes and negates any previous notice of cancellation, it's not clear what you actually did.
the final offer being £7 for 8GB 4G data. I was more than happy with the deal I had £8 12GB 5G data
hence why I just said No & requested a PAC code.
since then Three have made a number of attempts to call me
although as it’s the Mrs phone and it’s always when she is working it’s difficult for me to speak to them

I ditched Three and have no regrets. Their local base station had no battery backup and went off-line for 20 mins at every glitch in the mains supply, often 2 or 3 times a week.
I moved to O2 and have better coverage, although in a couple of locations the signal is weak with a resultant slow data rate on 4G, but I can live with that.0 -
Anyone had any retention deals recently0
