Hope this is the right place to post.
Started to switch to Npower.
1. Email from Npower asking me to confirm my email address. The link did not work.
2. The chat line seems to be permanently without anyone to chat to.
3. Could not find an email address on their website but eventually found one elsewhere. Emailed them and received automated reply saying they would respond within 7 days ??????
4. Telephoned them and cancelled switch.
