You can view balance and transactions and send secure messages online to change nominated accounts, make withdrawal and closure requests or change personal details. You can't action withdrawals yourself as it is a branch/postal account.
So am a right in that, say, at maturity,I can request a closure, and they'll send the money to my. Nominated account. I don't have to visit a branch to get my money?! I just can't do a direct transfer myself. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -

You would also need to post your account book to them to action the change as they don't allow retrospective updates to the books - it has to be done at the same time as the withdrawal/closure."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Oh that seems a bit of a faff. Don't think I'll bother. Thanks for the info though. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0

If we are talking about Leeds regular saver then there is a passbook, I think this was in relation to the comment about faster payments in to the Leeds regular saver.

Interesting, I opened Issues 3,4 & 5 and all had or have passbooks, I opened them via post so maybe you only get one if you dont open it in branch.
I am no where near a Leeds branch.

I think if you open it online you don't get one, if you open it in branch or by post you do.
Either way, I apologise to EachPenny.Did you really mean to put loose?
