Hi Everybody,
I have completed this weekend's update.
- M&S Regular Saver interest rate now 2.75% for new accounts
- Principality BS Learner Earner issue 2 paying 4% variable replaced with issue 3 paying 3% variable
- Principality BS Christmas 2020 Regular Saver Bond paying 2.7% on up to £125 per month (max £1,500) added
- Principality BS 1 Year Regular Saver Bond issue 19 removed and replaced with issue 20, also still paying 2% on up to £500 per month
- Tipton and Cosley BS Fixed Rate Regular Saver entry updated to show the currently available version matures on 30th November 2020 (pays 2% fixed interest on up to £500 per month)
- I have changed the criteria for inclusion on the list on page 1 so that only accounts paying 2% or more or listed (I needed to remove accounts paying less than this to do this weekend's additions as there is a character limit for each post)
I will do the next update next weekend.

Another one has reduced its rate.
Just opened a letter from Leek and the rate has dropped from 2 to 1.5 from 2 Dec and annual bonus being withdrawn from 2020.0 -
The header entry for the Earl Shilton Regular Saver is incorrect in claiming that you can miss payments without penalty. The ESBS webpage for the account makes clear that 12 monthly payments must be made each year and that each payment must be between £10 and £500. If this is not done, the account will be closed at the cost of a penalty of £10. Additionally the account leaflet (link from the webpage) confirms that only one payment can be made each month.0

I'm late in seeing this about Nationwide - mine has just matured and I wondered why I couldn't see another one!

Sorry if this has been asked before but if I open and pay the full monthly amount into an HSBC Regular Saver this week, can I pay in December's full amount on 1st December?
Or do I have to wait till a month after account opening?
TIA0 -

That's correct, however you can open the 170th Birthday R/S if you already have the R/S 3.0 -

However:
