PS: Apologies all. I was going to suggest starting a new thread for the petty bickering but I forgot.0 -
I am at a loss to understand how anyone - still less, someone who has made zero contribution to this thread - could think it acceptable to launch a coarse, personal attack on one of its consistently most prolific, useful and witty contributors. I learn a lot here, and would hate the underlying good humour (or the stream of great ideas) to dissipate.0

Deep breath everyone.
Dust ourselves down and continue.
Can we just blame Brexit, the Tories, Corbyn, the weather, fireworks or dark nights for the interlude?0 -

The exchange between colsten (who deserves equal respect for their contributions) and karlie88 is simply a product of the tension between sharing information and the effect sharing the information has on people who are already in the know. I'd be very happy if karlie shared these mysterious new tricks, but equally understand that keeping quiet about them might be necessary to ensure their continuance.
There is no easy solution, short of the forum descending into private cliques who exchange information only by PM."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -

With regards to the Virgin RS, how long did it take to open the account, and do you need to book an appointment beforehand?
Also, can you view the RS on online banking and after it matures, how easy is it to withdraw funds, is it another visit to the branch?0
