I expect there will be an interest amount added at some time just to balance the books. As it stands I have an uncleared transaction for withdrawing £45.10 more than is in the account.0

Third time in a row that Virgin money have made a pig's breakfast of the maturity process on Regular E Savers. Why are the "marketing team" involved in the process? Perhaps that explains it.0 -
I think I've also got Issues 4, 5 and 6 to come! So looking forward to them maturing!
I've Tweeted AskVirginMoney, and been told to e-mail them my postcode and phone number, so they can let me know when it's resolved. Which I've now done.
I'm not one for saying 'the good old days' but the last time I had a passbook based regular saver maturing, all it took was about 10 minutes in my local branch and I had the cheque for the maturity amount in my sweaty paws. Although I realise this seems exclusively to be a Virgin Money issue!0 -
I, too, am without interest.... I logged a complaint....perhaps they're inundated....0

I had my withdrawal set up for tomorrow - can I alter it. Not sure if I trust them now“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

I new that the marketing team were the right people to sort it.0 -

Not good enough and my complaint stands.
I (and presumably everybody else) have the original letter confirming setting up the account and giving maturity date of 20 February and the e-mail of two weeks ago confirming same.0 -
