West Ham ... is that some pork related cookery program from America?

    Ivan

Now then Ivan...... not a Preston supporter by any chance are you?
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Ah yes, Billy Bonds - those were the days....and the original Frank Lampard. .........Kevin Lock, Mervyn Day, Trevor Brooking (wonder what happened to him, lol) ahhhhh woe is me, I must be OLD.

Trevor Brooking care takered West Ham between Glen Roeder and Alan Pardew. The team won 9 of 14 games under his leadership, and we'd've all been overjoyed had he chosen to stay as manager. He's currently a non executive member of the board and a Sir to boot.

Incidentally, he hails from my home town of Barking.

    Despise those Ocean Finance Ads.

"Normal" people (very shallow gene pool) extolling the virtues of being in debt for the rest of your life.

Forget the money-saving crime, the people are shocking!!

Don't know what's worse, the patronising frumpy woman in the suit or the whingers who have obviously got into debt by eating all the pies! Glad I have a widescreen telly.

On the bright side, makes me feel both good with money and quite thin!

I just can't stand his arrogant, snobbish and pompous voice.

That's Jack Davenport of 'Coupling' fame (he played Steve). I dont think he sounds arrogant snobbish or pompous. Granted, he is particularly well spoken (but surely that is a good thing even in this day and age and I cant believe that you find it annoying) and advertising requires a certain self-assuredness!

Look at it this way: at least he doesnt sing with his mouth full. Then again, you cant please everyone all of the time!

I knew SOMEBODY would fail to spot my ironic "lol".....................as in "wonder what he's doing now, lol"
