Warm again, not complaining after the recent cold weatherYet again my Milk & More delivery has not arrived
, there were grow bags on offer which is why I ordered, and a sliced loaf.
Lack of both is not a problem, just annoying.I can't see me continuing to use them having ordered four times and twice no delivery, not inspiring confidence. Perhaps one of those good ideas that doesn't work for me.
I'll phone later for a refund, I have to wait until noon just in case it's delayed for some reasonLunch, LO HM celery & Stilton soupDinner, use up mushroom omelette with some saladEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0 -
Good afternoon everyone,
My sis is still feeling pretty rough but slowly getting there though absolutely exhausted.
I didn't expect to wake to the sound of rain this morning. It's still pretty overcast but warm.
DS1 is collecting Frank later and the boys are treating me to a takeaway for dinner. Just need to decide what I fancy.
Fridge bits for lunch.0 -
Just been Morrisons, bought 1st time ever gnocci. Looked online for recipes and how to cook in air fyer. Good job I bought some mushrooms so creamy mush gnocci, got enough for 3 meals so tomorrow may do with tomato n garlic sauce and then may treat freezer for a portion. Also had voucher for 2 free doughnuts so just having cuppa and doughnut.0

The concert was so good, although the constant screaming of all the girls there did grate on my ears after more than 3 hours!
Back to reality, I have just unpacked and put on a load of laundry. It is very hot here. I was really red after lugging my bag home with me. At least the washing will dry quickly outside.
I have only had a packet of savoury chickpeas as I had to catch the train home so I will make some proper lunch in a minute.0 -
I hope your sister gets better soon Caronc.
It wouldn't surprise me if I caught Covid again as there was supposed to be 89,000 people there last night.2025 GOALS

Lunch was leftover pork souvlaki and some pasta salad. Tonight I'm having salmon, new pots and asparagus.

Its much fresher this morning dark rain clouds on the way.
I decided to get the oven on early just in case it was another hot day, made a quiche with leftover salmon and the last of the asparagus, I'll have that with some salad later not sure about lunch yet.
Off out the bank now so might pick up some nice bread and pate for lunch on the way back.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
