For the record, this is how you do a boiled egg....

Are you able to use one of the little egg boilers in your room? When  I was  in college I had a sandwich toaster and little kettle in my room, I cooked burgers, sandwiches, bacon and everything in that sandwich toaster lol!
It's not appropriate.  I use a microwave boiler, not a plug in one; I dislike the plug in ones and don't have one, so that'd require a shopping trip. Space: there's not really any space to put it.
As for toasters/combinations, that's an issue of space mostly, but also smell and then washing up.  I have a kettle here.  I'll survive ... I've eaten under worse conditions.  My biggest demotivator is starting from here and going down to the kitchen to then not have a clue if there's room or if anybody else is in the middle of preparing/cooking a banquet....  or whether I'll start cooking and then get descended upon by a large person bearing an entire carrier bag of fresh foods they then want to peel, chop, smash, grind, slice, fry, bake :)    There's usually one who "thinks they're a chef" and all they do is fill the kitchen for an entire hour, create piles of wrappers/cartons everywhere, they stand there beaming over their cooking food and you see the end result and think "I could've nuked that in 6 minutes from scratch without all this mayhem" :)  I think these types come from middle class families where they're used to large kitchens and not having to consider others as this is their first time away from home.

I had vegan cream cheese on wholemeal toast and then a green smoothie.

I've been using my mini trampoline after a long time and today is the first day I woke up not feeling achy. :) I must be getting into shape. I'm about to do it again now. I will have to lower my music while I do it as Hermes are delivering my new dress today and I want to hear the door bell.

    Good afternoon everyone,
Sunshine and showers here today, thankfully yesterday's torrential rain has eased but it is still pretty windy. A morning of chores and I've just mopped the floor so ready to put my feet up for a bit. If it's dry later I'll do a bit of tidying in the garden. I had a bakery order delivered earlier so pasties for dinner tonight with a wee strawberry tart for pudding 😊. Lunch was a seeded roll filled with lettuce, avocado, fish sticks and spicy mayo.

'afternoon all, late arrival due to up & about tending the volunteer border. have to say it is looking much improved since we returned to it, that plus the recent rain had perked it up no end. More blackberries picked which I'll tend to later
Then round for a SD coffee which turned into late CBA lunch of use up LO BlackBerry & apple crumble

Dinner, With lunch being chopped about I may have sort of Ploughman's for dinner, using a couple of the PB Petit Pains and some of the posher W8rose cheeses
I could do with a pack of PN's sausage rolls, very come in handy

Sorted out my messed up credit card PIN, until the next time.
Still have to arrange MOT, I've decided to try new but recommended garage, say on web site they collect & return car but a 'phone call tomorrow will soon confirm

The weather is brighter here again today and a day at work isn't helped by pictures of the beach from my sister  B)

His lordship had his annual check up and jabs today with pedicure he was not a happy cat but seems to have forgiven me now.  There was a very happy and bouncy staffy in the queue who want to say hello to all cats and nosy in their baskets, it's owner kept saying 'it's ok he really likes cats' totally ignoring a woman trying to block it and saying he's stressing my cat.  Luckily i was out of lead reach, the dog trotted happily into the vet until he realised his owner was outside, he didn't bark but put on the brakes and won't move and had to be carried away.

Unfortunately there will be another bigger bill as be has gingivitis so will needs his teeth clean etc, hopefully none to come out as they charge per tooth extracted.  Just as well i have a kitty kitty as I've brought both the freezer and a new dishwasher this month  :s

After this picture he took a swipe at me for trying to reach my mouse, i was in the middle of talking on a conference call so my colleagues were amused by the 'ow you little !!!!' comment I made in the middle of the sentence and impressed when i carried on with what I was saying without a pause.  I'm so glad we don't have video conferencing  :#

Lunch was cheese and parma ham wrap with salad.  Dinner will involve cold lamb, runner beans and courgette in some guise and maybe potato in some form, not sure about chips, mash or new.

I used to have a long haired cat with the same markings as him and she loved to sit on my husband's keyboard. I think because it's warm. <3

I saw some very cute dogs on my walk today.

I am having Richmond vegan sausages for brekkie. Probably in a couple of tortilla wraps. Mr Un used to like those sausages. I remembered as I put them in the oven.

Sun's out & MOT booked for a week after next.

I've not tried the veggie ones, but the full fat omnivore ones are awful IMO.
Reading the veggie reviews I think I'll pop a pack if stocked on my next list to try them out
Currently working on my Ice£and online list, not stocked there but no rush

Having nuked yesterday;s blackberry pickings I used some in this morning's porridge, back to memories of school dinners once stirred in and dark red, a vampires breakfast
Lunch, last of the PB Petits pains, with grilled streaky fillings i think
Dinner, salad with ???? maybe fat fish Fs and frozen chips again?

Only a couple of runner beans ready, plenty on the plants but only tiny so far or I could have a pasta& bean type meal
My grocery box had bolognese sauce in
I don't have spaghetti but plenty of pasta shape types, plus I've frozen mince and now bacon, a meal is in the planning stage
