It's calm before the storm voluntary work wise so making the most of the lull. As it's all likely to kick off again late afternoon my sis & nephew are on cooking duty for the next couple of days so I can get my head down. We're having pasta with pesto & chorizo tonight and something fishy tomorrow. I'll post as and when I can.

OK, it's Friday - so always a bit quieter... but 0 houses new to the market today so far. 0 houses of any sort in my budget, 0 bungalows. 2 flats.
The market just died....
It'll always have a lag as those this week were signed/agreed and photographed last week.... but now, nothing.4 -
What a lovely cat. I have three black cats myself.
I have had a cup of tea and I am debating whether to have toast with baked beans, scrambled tofu or mushy peas...
I did put the oats in the fridge but I will have that this afternoon for my lunch. My schedule is all over the place. I only got up at noon.3 -
'Twas a fried egg sarnie for lunchFriend has dropped of 6 FR eggs & a cucumber, swapped for a pack of ready mix white breadThus tonight's dinner of cheesy beans on toast will now have a fried eggs topping

Afternoon all, it's a CFO day here,
Breakfast was peanut butter on a alice of toast, lunch was a cream cheese and smoked salmon trimmings *saves some salmon from the quiche that I made) and this evening will be smoked salmon and asparagus quiche with crispy potatoes.
The HT had croissants for breakfast, a cheese and ham toastie for lunch and is having what sgould have been his school lunch as his evening meal again.
Your food trade sounds like a good plan Farway

Good idea to barter Farway, I popped in and out of the tiny farm shop attached to the garden centre for a bread roll for lunch and regretted it as it got so busy and someone was complaining to her OH that they only had quail eggs
. I regretted it as people aren't listening to the keep six foot apart not easy as a small shop, I've never brought veg in this one and wasn't tempted as they are expensive £2.50 for a Savoy cabbage etc that hasn't changed but their limited veg was selling. It did look like their butcher (which is good) still had meat but with a full freezer it would have been wrong to buy.
Working from home is going to need discipline so I don't get side tracked or be tempted to raid the cupboards 🙄 I suddenly realised that I didn't have to wait until weekend to wash the bedding (I know how to live😉) only two Skype calls today 🙂 I swear my boss has me bug so he knows when I'm having a T or a P 😳
lunch was half the bread roll I risked life and limb for with some lurking Shropshire blue from the fridge and the last of my tomatoes. Dinner was roast beef from the freezer (a very nice posh silverside from W8itrose meat counter heavily reduced 🙂) with mash carrot and swede, broccoli, roast parsnips and braised celery as it was looking a little sad. With a good dollop of hot horseradish

I’m not tempted to raid the cupboards at the moment - i’m Meal planning carefully to make sure my veg in particular lasts. The milkman has no veg available, and the veg box delivery is being limited. I can’t go out to get anything else as i’m in isolation - and will be for a while as I still have a temperature - assuming that there is anything left in the shops anyway! I have a supermarket delivery booked for April 6th but who knows what will actually be in it. Where is all this food going?5

Unfortunately Greenbee my cupboard raiding is looking for food I shouldn't be eating as I'm working from home for the foreseeable future. I fear the food will end up in people's bins when they realise they can't possibly eat it all 😡 I hope you feel better soon

I can't stop eating today! Not sure if it's panic n anxiety, or just because it's cold weather
