Thanks so much for watching me! I'm getting there..
Had a lovely weekend with a little worrying blip today..
Generally had a lovely time though, got a lot of niggling things completed, cleaned out the childrens toys and they have already been playing more with their toys because the things that were too young for them have been cleared out.
Also collected item ds left at bbs, cleaned out the shed, renewed travel insurance, did banking tasks, generally reduced my do do list to a manageable little list for this week.
I have been worried about ds2 for a while, mainly inability to deal with emotions. Today he hit a boy at a party - the other mums said he had been winding him up, tripped up kids etc- but still. His problems going to school and with everything really are just his inability to manage his emotions. Add to that his eating problems, sensitivity to textures, fixed mindset and other little niggly things have just got me quite concerned. I think he is mildly autistic and that I need to do a bit more research before I do anything. At this point I don't think intervention would be a good idea as it is currently quite mild and having a small effect on his life, there is also an argument that intervention is wrong and these differences are just differences. OH is dead against finding out if he should be seen be a medical professional as he feels a label will be detrimental. This is a common denial phase - and it is quite mild. It may be taken out of my hands anyway if the school take action.
Anyway on to good news. University have been in touch and I have 1 student for 3 weeks, hopefully another will be added to that so that's great - I've set a 4k income target for summer!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Earthie, one of my nephews was quite symptomatic in the way you describe - he was later (not till a teenager) diagnosed with dyslexia. It wasn't till he got to university that he got proper help, but it definitely affected him emotionally. Try not to worry too much, just support and love. And support and love to you too xxx2023: the year I get to buy a car0
