What a lovely day - a bit of sunshine meant we could play in the big park, have a picnic and play at the astro. Lovely NSD
Managed to edit and upload my meal planning video https://youtu.be/7ZDVYYc47Pk
I'm much happier with it than my previous ones - just feel so much more confident! Bigger youtubers are now commenting on my videos so this is a good sign.
Tomorrow ds2 has a lift to his football match so I have got a few more hours to work.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Humpf I have had comments on social media about my weight, I really didn't think I was that overweight, I was thinking maybe meal planning isn't a good topic whilst I am carrying a few extra pounds, but on the other hand I think stuff it, I am nearly forty, I'm not a gym bunny (!!) and I have lots of ideas to share, they don't have to watch me if they don't want to!
Had a great Sunday although the weather was awful here so mostly a relaxing and catch up day. Meal out a MIL was lovely but she is getting more frail and we will probably need to go there most days now.
I have bought her a kettle for mothers day as she was just boiling a pan of water but I'm afraid she has an accident.15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Excellent idea on the kettle. I'm not frail but I can see what a disaster could happen with a moments distraction (which I am prone to) with a pan of boiling water.0 -
Still catching up but Meh ignore the comments - I think that's always the worry with social media. There is always someone out there waiting to leave negative comments on anything! I really don't know why they think it's okay to leave comments - I mean they wouldn't come up to you in the street and say it would they?
As long as you're happy that's all that matters (and you certainly do NOT need to lose weight.)

EG - i'm gonna give some tough love here - YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT. Don't let ejits who feel the need to bully people online have a say on your life. You have achieved loads, have a lovely family, and if we're all honest, they're probably jealous.
I personally am loving the videos, and have picked up some great tips.

That's definitely troll country, earthgirl! How appalling that people have commented on your weight
I hope they booger right off really soon. Can you block people on youtube? They've shown themselves unworthy of a proper conversation (as my much loved Captain Awkward says, reasons are for people who are reasonable, blocking etc is for people who aren't).

Thanks everyone you are all so kind!
Yes it was a troll and the comment was removed (by them apparently) as they were getting a bit of stick for it!
Anyway into moneysaving things:
- Have started packing for our holiday on Saturday (Saturday - Friday due to cheap accomodation - only £90). Have included lots of free activities to do there (cards, chess, games, football). We are going in my little car to save on fuel costs.
- Have decided to shop when I am there, will do a meal plan. Its a caravan so it'll be quick and easy.
- MIL LOVES the kettle so a good value Mothers Day Gift (£12.99). My other mothers day gift will come from my charity shop finds.
- I'm enjoying running and spending time with family. Feels good to be fitting everything in!
TO DO:
- Want to tie up things at work properly so I can relax.
- organise things for the second week of the hols15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j
