Going to work in your cossie, eh? Just one question- how far in advance did you have to plan your loo trips...?

I was wondering the same thing?

It was a 2 piece - tankini I think it's called. Anyway it was very soft. I am now back to wearing bras and working out. I can't move my arms above my head but I can do almost everything else.
So quite a cheap weekend, I took a friend out for a coffee and paid as she is really struggling. I visited another couple of friends outside. I did 2 hours online tuition and we had a couple of walks as well, dodging the showers.
This week I have another new tuition client starting, which takes me up to 6 hours per week, and then I also need time for planning lessons and writing reports. I have a fairly busy week at my normal job too and really want to get on top of my marking. Last push for me for October this week - finishing strong after a wee wobble in the middle!Save £20,000 in 2025. April 2k, May 3.5k6 -
Arghhh lots of swear words said this morning, most of them directed at myself. I was 30 minutes late for an online lesson today as I just forgot about the time changing and needing to teach earlier. SO mad at myself - they had already emailed me to remind me! I hope they still send me students. what an idiot!!
I think I have lots going on at the moment and my brain is fried. I'm not sleeping well - just the last few nights - and I need to simplify things.
I've decided that instead of having a work diary, home diary, journal, separate block schedule daily plan each day, separate to do list/ brain dump and monthly plan, that I will put all that together so that I am not going to forget things.
I've also handed over a stressful task to OH. If I can sleep better my brain might have a better chance of remembering things!!!!!!Save £20,000 in 2025. April 2k, May 3.5k4 -

That is a lot of different things to look at to see what needs doing! Streamlining it does sound like a great plan. As well as handing tasks to dh...

Thank you! Things got worse and better and worse again!
OH was going to be showing a lodger around (good news is he wants to lodge here) and I was teaching online. OH had to go and collect DS1 from school with suspected broken ankle, so I had to juggle everything around and do the lodger show around and teach online, and take to hospital afterwards (OH has done the last 3 hospital trips, it has been a terrible month). DS1 is not broken, just hobbling around and potentially off school and sports for a while. Sigh.
Also, at the same time. covid rules changed at my work and I can no longer do quite a bit of my job which is heartbreaking.
But the positives:
we have a new lodger on Monday and he seems great
DS didnt break a bone
I still have a job but it might change, better situation than a lot of people and I should be grateful.
I have been sent another online student from the agency I messed up from before, therefore I didn't potentially lose a lot of income.
I have streamlined my diary into one 'book'
Right 2.5 days left of October, I'm still determined to finish strong!!Save £20,000 in 2025. April 2k, May 3.5k4 -
Oh my! What a time of it! 4 hospital trips in one month is a tad excessive! Hope stuff all settles down now...
