I've now got a Customer Number, a welcome email, an email telling me my switch will be completed by Jan 29th. I even received my debit card today. However, I still haven't received an activation code even though they have sent me plenty of other text messages as well as the emails!0

If you mean the 'Activation code' which, along with your Customer number, lets you register/log into OLB, then mine came by text, several days before the Customer number.
As others have said, for some of usthis has been frustrating in terms of bits of the puzzle arriving piecemeal with no clear explanation of which bits are needed to do what and when:cool:
Thank you.
Re-reading one of two emails that my Customer Number were supplied within, which were sent at 9.01hrs on 21/1, it is indeed this Activation Code I need to begin with.
They also state within this email:
We'll send you an activation code separately – if we have your mobile number we'll send it by text within 48 hours, if not you'll receive a letter in 7-10 days.
Well they haven't sent the activation code by text even though they have my number and have been sending me other updates, about my switch progressing, to it.
Poor experience so far.0 -

My activation code arrived after 4 days, rather than 'within 48 hours' by text. Like you, I'd received several other texts/emails/letters in the meantime:cool:.
Oh well, there really is no such thing as a free lunch (or even a free £125:D)0 -

How many more 'windows' to open??
Think there are 3:-
PIN for card
activation code
oh, yes, and order a card reader
Have I missed anything crucial??Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Receive £125, do not pass go, etc.0 -
An update on my last post. Applied Saturday evening, only just received application confirmation email Tuesday afternoon. I can't imagine staying with Natwest long-term based on my experience, but if there's a free £125 to be had....0

Good for you and good luck:D !0
