NatWest £125 switch incentive

Opened account on the 15th of January. I've received the card and PIN but have still not received any correspondence from Natwest with my account number on. I can't register for online banking as a result. I've had texts to confirm the account has been opened and the switch is in progress but there is nothing with the account number on. When did everyone else receive documentation with their Natwest account number on? It's driving me a bit batty at this point. I feel like cancelling the switch.0

Just phone them like me and they will give you the account number over the phone provided of course you pass their security questions.
They seem to be allergic to putting the account number on any of their official documents to customers. I'm only in it for the bonus and once credited I'm out.0 -

I think I applied on 14th January. As others, I was drip fed a lot of info. Didn't see sort code and account number at the end of the application. Now have customer number, debit card and pin and finally the activation code arrived this morning by text. Have managed to log on to online banking and can see the payees from my B account are already set up. Switch is Friday. Have ordered the card reader and I will wait for it to arrive before sending the £1,500 and will wait a couple of days before getting it back out again. There was a message on online banking which contained a letter with my sort code and account number on it!Was MFW#60 - mortgage paid off December 20210

If you mean the 'Activation code' which, along with your Customer number, lets you register/log into OLB, then mine came by text, several days before the Customer number.
As others have said, for some of usthis has been frustrating in terms of bits of the puzzle arriving piecemeal with no clear explanation of which bits are needed to do what and when:cool:

Yes I agree with that I managed to register for internet banking using my debit card details as I had not received my activation code that was a few days ago
lo and behold today I got my activation code by text inviting me to register for internet banking!0 -
Went into the branch today with my passport and managed to get my account unlocked
i asked them why they had blocked my internet banking for the sake of a £15 transfer they couldn't tell me
I also ask them why they hadn't notified me because it was only because I looked at the recipient bank and found the payment hadn't arrived that I realised it had been blocked
They said they have a 72 hour ie a 3-day window in which to notify you a transaction has been blocked I hadn't realised they were still operating in the 1950s0
