    Am I the only one who finds logging in at Nat West flaky? I have my details in front of me on an encrypted USB stick, but regularly my login details are not accepted and I am locked out until I answer some security details. Then I put the same details in and it works......eventually. No money in for me. Not expecting it until Friday tbh.

    Except it appears the balance is only checked once per day for SMS alerts.

    I have had loads of probs as well. I complained and got compensation.

    Suggest you complain and see what happens.
