I'm not sure what it tastes like to me - some people find it tastes like washing up liquid. For me I'm not overly keen on the flavour and just find that if it's in something, that's all I can taste. My friend feels the same about Dill (which I love)Islandmaid said:

i dont mind coriander, i love it in salads!
lunch is cheese and beans on wholemeal and dinner is undecided i need to defrost something at lunchtime2 -
