I’ve just taken some white fish fillets and prawns out of the freezer, and will be making seafood pancakes for dinner tonight. Plenty of options for veg accompaniments in the garden, it’s all growing like crazy out there.

Last night waa sliced fried potatos (Jersey Royals), LO beans with sausages and a fried egg (can't remember the last time i had a fried egg but as the pan was out it was easier than a new pan for poaching).

Just had a full English breakfast and not cooking tonight as going out for afternoon tea, quite excited first time I’ve been out for food since the beginning of March.

We have a choice today, steaks with asparagus and peppercorn sauce or spicy pork steaks and salad, whichever we have the other will be a meal over the next couple of days

Lunch will be soup and sandwich. Well value chicken burger in a bap.
Found some frozen 'hot food counter' chicken-will use that to make a roast dinner also because lots of potatoes to use up.

Got a chicken in the slow cooker and are having it with veg from the garden, new potatoes and stuffing.  Leftover chicken and stuffing sandwiches for tomorrow’s packed lunch and any further leftover chicken will be used for tomorrow’s dinner, probably quesadillas.

Had a rather busy day with DIY,  getting a room I've spent a week decorating nearly back together.  So a very late dinner just now of chicken super noodles.

I’m making cod fillets poached in a Thai red curry and coconut broth, and served with stir fried veg from the garden - there’s plenty of rainbow chard, pak choi, choy sum, sugar snap peas and baby courgettes to use up.

I have several bananas which had become too ripe (neither of us like them when the skins start to darken) and which I had chucked in the freezer, so I’m going to turn those into some banana ice cream for pud.
