Roasted red peppers, stuffed with onion, minced beef, mushroom, rice and cheese. Might do a little mashed potato to go with it, to help mop up the lovely juices
Pudding will be a new-to-me recipe which I found online : you drain a tin of peach slices and put them in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, cover with crushed amaretti biscuits, smother in creme fraiche and sprinkle generously with demerara sugar, then put under a hot grill to brulee the top. It does sound rather nice!0 -
Lazy day cooking wise today as we'll finish the Paprika Beef Soup for our lunches and we'll eat the rest of the cannelloni for our supper tonight, it was very nice yesterday and a new to us recipe that I'll definitely make again.0

I've taken some Venison sausages out of the freezer for tea tonight, (one of those random Christmas food purchases lol) any suggestions on what to have with them please? We've got the usual things in the cupboard, potaotes, carrots, onions, etc and I'm popping to Aldi on my way home so could pick up something if needed. Thanks0
