  • Easy meal for us tonight - Sausage roll and chips.
  • I made 'Thai grey curry' ... it was meant to be green but the mushrooms I added made it look very unappetizing :rotfl:

    Luckily it tastes alright!

Mmmmmm :rotfl: still, risotto is often greyish and that's ok so I'm sure the curry is yummy.

Jacket potato with cheese and beans last night.

Very easy weekend, range of delicious tapas and wine on Friday evening, Chinese takeaway with the family on Saturday, and M&S meal deal lasagna for lunch today, cheese and crackers for supper :D

Have dug some pork steaks out of the freezer for tomorrow night, I still have spuds and broccoli to use up, so that’s dinner sorted for a manky Monday feast ;)
