Lamb Kofta kebabs with either chips or new potatoes and some form of veg. (not decided what veg yet).
  • A game pie from the depths of the freezer, broad beans from the allotment and mashed potatoes and gravy. If we have any room after that there's rhubarb crumble made in the fridge and low fat custard.

Thai red curry (butternut squash and quorn pieces) with rice for both of us tonight. Had planned on some being LO but OH had 3 portions...glad he enjoyed it :happyhear

Not sure what tomorrow will be - OH usually finishes work early and eats when he gets in and I'll do something later. I'm thinking perhaps popcorn shrimp and vegetable rice for me. Currently feel like I'm just working through all the stuff OH can't eat like a food bin.

I made some Greek chicken kebabs and tried to do some with halloumi, but it kept crumbling up when I sliced it. We had that with salad and couscous, hummus and pitta breads.
