Well my Linda Mc noodle dish never happened! DS went to friends for a BBQ so I had a veg pizza 🍕 from Morries. It was pretty bland. My favourite is ricotta & spinach from Aldeeee.

Tonight will try to make the noodle concoction! As long as I’m not too late home from another fun day in the NHS!

    Happy Monday

I'm probably going to have veggie spaghetti for dinner tonight.
    L - marmite sarnies

Ooh, now I fancy that too.:)

Pud is HM pancakes filled with Nutella and sliced banana (there were two to use up), and served with a drizzle of cream.

    Sounds delish.:A

Just shared half a GF cheese and tomato pizza with OH. Was nice enough but pizza not generally my meal of choice, however, it made sure OH ate. Not a great day, second family bereavement in 10 weeks.

    Sorry to read that.xxx:(

We were supposed to be BBQing - but it may well be leftover chicken and chorizo "shepherds" pie from last night looking at the weather- recipe from "The Savvy Shopper"

Thank you all for the kind words - things not getting much better as just heard it's not looking positive for another family member either. :( Honestly, if a bloke down the pub told you our story this year you wouldn't believe him.

However, what will be will be.

Dinner tonight for OH was some kind of rice thing when he got in from work, I've got the last of the jersey royals on and will have that with some peas and tinned ham.

Kerri so sorry to hear about the horrible time you are having.

We had caesar salad, with other salad bits, tinned tuna, eggs, coleslaw and new potatoes done in the actifry. Quick and easy.

Lamb again tonight, lamb and butternut curry, DD and SIL are popping over, so it’s a crowd pleaser.

Going to try and make meringues, but it’s so damp, they may not work, they seem to suck moisture from the air, will use the yolks for lemon curd to have with them, LO’s Pud for MIL on Thursday
