I have leftover roast chicken to use up, I need inspiration any ideas folks?

If it was me, I would slice an onion, add curry spices, fry them in a pan, then add the chicken cubed, get some rice on and make a biryani by adding the chicken to part cooked rice, returning to the saucepan for twenty minutes at a medium heat - it should go crispy underneath.
  • Bit of a crappy day.

Had a ‘cheap & poor quality’ fish & chips for lunch from a greasy spoon to keep somebody else happy.

Not feeling too hungry for supper so had some toast & jam with yoghurt and compote for afters. Might nibble on something later.

Just nuked a portion of LO pasta that was in the freezer, covered with copious amounts of cheese, and some ketchup :o It wasn't pretty but it hit the spot.

Nuked leftover veg and veggie sausages for brunch.

Dinner will be spaghetti with ratatouille and courgetti.
Odd menu but successfully using up odds and ends 👍

We ended up eating out last night, as we were helping DD and her BF move into their first home together, so had a little celebration.

The gammon and cauliflower cheese now for tonight.
