I have leftover roast chicken to use up, I need inspiration any ideas folks?
If it was me, I would slice an onion, add curry spices, fry them in a pan, then add the chicken cubed, get some rice on and make a biryani by adding the chicken to part cooked rice, returning to the saucepan for twenty minutes at a medium heat - it should go crispy underneath.0 -
Bit of a crappy day.
Had a ‘cheap & poor quality’ fish & chips for lunch from a greasy spoon to keep somebody else happy.
Not feeling too hungry for supper so had some toast & jam with yoghurt and compote for afters. Might nibble on something later.0 -

Just nuked a portion of LO pasta that was in the freezer, covered with copious amounts of cheese, and some ketchup
It wasn't pretty but it hit the spot.
