Every night this week we have had prosciutto, salami, cottage cheese, cheeses, and fresh fruit with yogurt.
Husband is on motorway and it's still 32C. He says he may do gluten free pasta with beans and a sauce.1 -

OH has said for me to decide but to not make it too heavy. I've been saying about using up some of the chicken in the freezer so will do a bit of that on the bbq (whatever the weather) with some greek flatbreads, hummous and tarmasalata and a bit of salad.

@Brie we still have some mackerel in the freezer, but our friend bought us up some Bream which he caught, so today we will be eating mostly seafood.BBQ Mackerel and Bream fillets with a few huge prawns I found in the back of the freezer, tomato and mozzarella salad and BBQ Padron peppersNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
