    @Brie we still have some mackerel in the freezer, but our friend bought us up some Bream which he caught, so today we will be eating mostly seafood.  

    BBQ Mackerel and Bream fillets with a few huge prawns I found in the back of the freezer, tomato and mozzarella salad and BBQ Padron peppers 
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    pork chops and rice.  there's a small portion of dark green salad leaves plus lettuce so I'll see if he wants a salad on the side.

  • Chicken and frozen chips with steamed veg (red pepper and green beans) for me, cucumber and celery for DMum. Ice cream for pudding probably and a glass of wine. :)

    jacket potatoes tonight.  Not sure what the OH wants with his.  Unlikely he'll go for baked beans (which is just such a weird combo to me) as he had sausages and beans at breakfast.  There's tuna mayo and also cheese.  He could even go for a bit of bacon on it if he wanted. 

    But please not beans....  ("would you like some starch with your starch??")

    Grandson arriving today, he has requested burgers so BBQ is on the cards, made the burgers this morning, also marinating some chicken wings, will serve with salad and grilled halloumi. Strawberries and ice cream for those that want it 😊
