Day off today, made yoghurt overnight, so will have some with some nuts for brunch, must go grocery shopping at some point today, a chore I hate 🫣

Friday, so no cooking for me, OH will probably want Chinese, I have a lovely mixed meat in garlic sauce and chicken satay skewers, they tell me there’s no sugar in it, but it’s one of those things I pretend to myself it’s okay once in a while 🤣

  • I cannot be bothered to even think about cooking this evening - jacket potatoes will be going in the oven and they will be given a choice of beans and cheese or tuna mayo. If they don’t like it they can cook something else 🤣

HM cheese & tomato pizza tonight. I will fill the oven - cook some sausages and a jam sponge pudding.

OH is off with BIL and some friends to celebrate Paddy's weekend so I treated myself to a carvery TGTG bag on Thurs evening which I had last night.
Although it wasn't as good as the prev one (no roasties) I did have some HM roasties LO so included some of those.
Plenty for one meal, plus another left, and could even stretch the mash to be used in fish cakes or something.

I did also pick up a TGTG Greggs bag last night to try. Good selection and most can go in the freezer to be used as and when. 3 vegan sausage rolls were included so I'm going to halve those and freeze too.
