After eating out yesterday - we are back to using hm quiche.1

I made a cauliflower, spinach and potato curry for yesterday’s dinner, and we’ll be finishing it off tonight. I do try not to serve up the same meal two nights running, honest I do, but sometimes it is unavoidable 🤣3

C_J - I am Blessed that hubby and I don't mind how many days in a row that we have the same meal. I make quiches/pies/casseroles and have them with different veggies/potato methods. We feel - we have a dinner - many don't.4

Yahhh it’s Friday, I’m not cooking, so Mr IM will be all hunter gatherer and order a takeaway 🙄
*Edit - fish and chips for 4 adults and a toddler, £20 - this has gone up by a fiver in recent months due to fuel and materials costs, but a nice treat, no longer a cheap one 🙁 I have the cod, without the batter, it is enormous thoughNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Eldest cooked chicken burritos with spicy rice, salad and mango yoghurt. Was delicious, and he’s getting much better at not using all the pots in the kitchen 😁Books read 2023 - 49/753

Meatball pasta bake
24 meatballs on offer £4 a pack in Tesco so I split that into 2 meals. I made my own hidden veg pasta sauce too. My daughter loves pasta bake

Freezer/fridge raid tonight, prawns in garlic butter, baked Camembert, calamari etc wine 🍷 will be taken ☺️Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
