I made a cauliflower, spinach and potato curry for yesterday’s dinner, and we’ll be finishing it off tonight. I do try not to serve up the same meal two nights running, honest I do, but sometimes it is unavoidable 🤣

C_J - I am Blessed that hubby and I don't mind how many days in a row that we have the same meal. I make quiches/pies/casseroles and have them with different veggies/potato methods. We feel - we have a dinner - many don't.

Yahhh it’s Friday, I’m not cooking, so Mr IM will be all hunter gatherer and order a takeaway 🙄

*Edit - fish and chips for 4 adults and a toddler, £20 - this has gone up by a fiver in recent months due to fuel and materials costs, but a nice treat, no longer a cheap one 🙁 I have the cod, without the batter, it is enormous though

Eldest cooked chicken burritos with spicy rice, salad and mango yoghurt. Was delicious, and he’s getting much better at not using all the pots in the kitchen 😁
