After being away last weekend for a long weekend of questionable dietry input and bringing a sinus infection home as a souvenir, this week has been a bit of a write off.

So tonight it's mini roastes in the air fryer, peas and some gammon from a whopping RTC piece i picked up yesterday on a rare foray into Morries.

Found a GF fajita kit in the cupboard obv from OH GF phase. 'Little' past it's BB date but was fine, albeit the spices had congealed a bit like an old oxo.

For meat I used some Oomph 'kebab' style meat free meat that has been in the freezer for a bit (YS from iceland a while ago) worked quite well.

@sweetpea26 I'm just about to make some pasta sauce here too.

OH stopped at a farm shop and bought a lovely chicken and mushroom pie that we had for dinner last night.  He also got a load of sausages and is making toad tonight.  I'm going to get him to reconsider the number of sausages he is going to use.  I think he has a dozen and I'll only eat 2 - 3 absolute max.
