This is what I cooked the other day.
I make my pizza dough with self raising flour and natural yogurt. A mix makes enough for 3 x 12 inch/30 cms pizzas. The dough costs 60p to make 3 pizzas.
I did a smoked mackerel pizza - cost approx £1.30.
Also baked a banana loaf - added some chocolate chips which were given to me. Bananas came from my daughter - they were too ripe for her but great for baking. Cost 70p to make and cuts into at least 12 good slices.

    Looks good as  always @Florenceem
I'm not having much success with banana bread of late, burned edges and not set. Perhaps too many bananas going in the mix.

Tonight husband had Irish stew, using some lamb that had been in the freezer for a good while.
I had some left over jacket potatoes cut into wedges, with halloumi, salad, corn on the cob and mushrooms.
Also made a chicken curry for tomorrow night.

JIL - Banana loaf recipe said 2 bananas but I put in 3 as they weren't large and I wanted to use them up.
I will fry off some lo cooked jacket potatoes tonight with some bacon from a cooking pack and free tomatoes - the potatoes were free as well.
