Took some books into one of the cs in town today, nothing that took my fancy but did notice some B&H sets on a display for Valentine's day!

Popped into my new local chazzer on Saturday and came away with some immaculate books for my niece, and a Next blouse for myself (slightly expensive at £3, but only compared to some of the bargains I’ve had at a place I occasionally used to venture to....).

Nothing for us in Ludlow yesterday (usually v good)

Popped into St Johns, Worcester today and nothing...

...until I got to the Red Cross shop!

White Stuff grey cords - £2.99

FatFace emerald green warm hoodie - reduced to £1.99!

I’ve gone down a clothes size so these were much needed.

Denby natural blue teacup for 30 pence in Colne. (Had they got the saucer, it would have been included, but I searched carefully & didn't spot it.)

Then that fascinating man I married spotted a Denby Storm teapot & reckoned that while he wasn't taken with the beaky spout, I'd be smitten with the basestamp.

Oddly enough, we're coming up for our china wedding anniversary. I've no intention of stopping keeping an eye out & if I catch him walking away, there will be Words!

Great find in the Hospice clearance shop at the weekend. They have a basket on the floor of cheap and nasty bags, mainly plasticky clutch bags, used toiletries bags etc, for 50p. My rummage produced a pink envelope-style clutch that I immediately thought looked the right size for my iPad Mini. For 50p it wasn't a big deal if I ended up re-donating it.

Anyway not only is it a perfect fit, and has a separate inner compartment that fits my Kindle, but a bit of online searching turned up an identical one except in white, with the same La Bagagerie made in France logo under the flap, and it's described as leather (I suspected mine might be, it's beautiful quality and so soft). The white one is on eBay for nearly £19 as "used".

I'm not even tempted to part with mine, I love it :j .
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D
