Annoying Nationwide new security measures

This is because there is an internet scam on at the moment. a compay is sending emails saying they are a certain bank and there is a problem with your internet account, click on link to sort problem.
It is happening with TSB, Halifax as well.

Just had a response to my moan about the inanity of the questions from NWide. Apart from the normal platitudinous guff, there was a paragraph which said:
This information will only be request, if suspicious transactions are happening on your account, that is not part of your normal transactions

I answered 5 questions few days ago, of course I didn't write them down for security reasons.

Now, I haven't got a clue which questions I answered or which answers I gave, except the my prefered color thing.
