4 months? Mine only started last week.

This sounds like a softban. If it looks like the form isn't working for some people rather than saying "you are banned" they can worm their way out of explaining what people supposedly did wrong - you know, real customer service.

Very frustrating.

very odd - after being banned for the last fortnight for "inconsistencies" from the Gold Surveys I now appear to be unbanned - there is a big long list of Gold Surveys which all seem to carry a Bonus opportunity for me.

Could well be the answer! Someone on this forum suggested earlier it might happen if you log on from a different country than you are registered in. which could make sense in my case as I tried to keep up some basic SB while on holiday abroad...

I do not think it is a soft ban... I attempted Toluna last week on a dry Sunday and had the same issue. I would not generally do Toluna as I cannot bear it not remembering my details. Other gold surveys have been working fine.
