Mastercard via Swagbucks

I have been asked by a referral if, when you order one of these, they come sort of 'pre-tied' to your name and address or if its possible to pass them on to someone else.
In other words when you get the voucher, can you then register the card to any name and postal address? I've seen people mention a 'wallet'?

Hope that makes sense and someone is able to tell me so I can pass it along.

Yes it is possible, it asks you to enter name and address when you redeem the mastercard, this can be different to the one on swagbucks. Also, if you create an account on the prepaid mastercard site with a different name and address, each time you go to redeem you can login to that account and then add card to the wallet and it will be tied to the name and address for that account.
