Can you get which or which access online via your library? If not, also make sure you go through TCB for that. Sounds like a productive day!

I never thought of either of those, thank you Vix!

It felt productive, its true.  And as always I got a shower and washed my hair after being in someone else's house and car for so long, so I feel very clean and pampered 🤣  I'm ignoring the dusting 🤣

Yep!  Sorry, beanie, that's in amongst all my rabbiting in the previous post 👀 I'm really not very concise!

Well, as per my rabbiting above, I've lost a bit of focus, so today I had to:
    - send facebook Happy Birthday to a great-nephew.
    - send email Happy Birthday to my uncle in Norfolk.

How embarrassing! Must do better.  I've also:
    - got the washing out.
    - done the dishwasher.
    - done clicks.  Still not added new ones, grrr.
    - lunchtime veg are defrosting.
    - and sadly, disturbed the two foxes sleeping in my garden when I went to put the washing out 🦊🦊  At least I called out to them from the back door so they weren't panicked.  I knew they'd run in any case.

So, for the rest of today:
    - send spaceflight texts, I've recovered enough to do that.
    - water seedlings
    - fill in form for the French tax authorities, my sister printed it out for me.  Photograph ready to send off, though I don't think I'll send it today.
    - mend recycling bin lid, again, to stop water getting in & wrecking the cardboard.
    - tidy upstairs, for heaven's sake, its a nightmare 🤣

Had a walkies out to the fields surrounding a local NT property, but they were *full* of cows, which stopped my sister in her tracks, so we went to the NT property itself - she has a card anyway, and I was happy to pay the entrance to keep things smooth for her.   I was also faffing with some family photos from the 1940s and 50s which I scanned at a bad resolution, they were looking like thumbnails.  Better now, but it took a while, and I'm really glad with the result.

Had to come back to post this pic - this Canada goose mummy did *not* like me looking at her!

Between the foxes and the geese, your adventures sound a bit like my mum's - at Kew on Friday she had a fox come right up to her and then she saw a pair of geese seeing off the fox a bit later, and the geese were then seen off by a swan!

Be kind to yourself about the birthday greetings. I don't think people necessarily expect these things today - I know I send a lot of cards, but I definitely don't get them back or even acknowledgement in a lot of cases, so don't let it stress you out. You remembered their birthdays, you just used 21st century tech to congratulate them on them!

They do sound like that!  Wish I could have included a swan too, though 🌞

That's very true these days - I'm definitely going to remember that!

A single fox has now just returned to the garden - that's taken nearly 3 hours, and it hasn't laid down again.  I guess the washing flapping about on the line isn't relaxing.  Makes me think about carving up my time for the foxes' convenience - I could do something out there for 45 mins while the washing has just been put out, it wouldn't be an *extra* element of discouraging them.  My garden must be a haven for them, I don't want to jeopardise that, even though I do want to use it myself 🌈

LOL to the goose picture - Canadian geese have very bad attitudes - unlike Canadians themselves ;)

As to foxes - sweet as they are...
...last time I checked they were not paying rent, so laundry takes priority!!! :D:D:D
