Definitely a good plan with the different postures! I've created a standing desk (just by sticking a box on top of my existing desk...) and tend to use that in the morning, but I can't manage standing all day, so shift between that and sitting back down (with occasional wanders outside to see the chickens...). Still do far too much sitting down overall though!

Lockdown win today: used one of my old stainless steel oven tins, a la Jamie Oliver's latest series - fried fresh onions and frozen sweet peppers on the hob in the oven tin, chucked some tatties in, oil and lots of herbs and tomato puree.  Then went to watch "Escape to the Chateau DIY" :) omg, it was delicious.

Thanks all!  I'm pretty impressed with this one myself, RT :)  thats not B) but it tasted splendiferous - I can certainly forego pesto if I can make stuff like that :)  No leftovers I'm afraid, apple, it was kind of a proof of concept :p
My Sainsbo click and collect was this morning - still lots of things I couldn't get, but eggs, butter and gluten free pasta were available, so thats good.  Felt very lucky to have found a collect spot, I'm not in any special category so I just get the ordinary offers.   Tired after all that, though, so I'm going to be careful about how much I do, certainly nothing in the garden.  Though a little walk up and down the road might be nice :)

Yesterday was nearly all about the cleaning, using my splendiferous £90 vacuum cleaner that I got from John Lewis a few months ago (thank you JL).  Astonishing the difference it makes.  It was also about backing up the computer, because its not only switching itself off, but its nearly dying.  Almost done - and if it does, I have my email on my phone, so I can reset my password on here if need be :) Though my posts will be a *lot* shorter than o:)
Today ... wow, the sun is glorious.  And some of my calendula have sprouted!  Not the nasturtium or the kale yet, but we can hope.  For a bit, anyway :D
Today, hmmm, today is the day to get going with a routine for handwashing the stuff that can't go in the dishwasher, or needs more than the dw can do.  I'm looking at you, stainless steel baking tray with gunk cooked on, and you, bamboo chopping board.  Safety-glass-from-the-old-fridge chopping board too, come to that. Finish off the backing up.  Check the accounts.  Even 15 minutes in the garden would help.  Lockdown is long, isn't it.

Would a defrag and refrag help the computer?

I've defragged quite a few times, apple, thanks.  Not sure what a refrag is, to be honest!  I'll have a look.  But like I've said - its 10 years old, Windows 7, the paint has worn from the keyboard as well as a few of the keypads - its on its way out.
