Thanks both! Very enjoyable, and also soggy/windy - these thunderstorm forecasts are a bit fierce, aren't they? No thunderstorms, at any rate. Saw a lovely Tudor chapel, right by Fleet Street, and pootled quietly alone the Embankment with a friend from way back, admiring statuary old and new. Tired now, of course, but I always enjoy stuffing my face in recompense for that :D

Morning! Blimey, I was tired last night, but couldn't sleep in, so I'm here quite early for me :o

Rain here overnight again, which is good, because the garden soil is still well able to be dug, but also the house is in utter chaos :rotfl:though I've started to sort the kitchen - I didn't stack the dishwasher for 2 days :o:o:o To do list:
    - empty dishwasher and stack what's left.
    - finish cleaning dehydrator and put a green leaf crop in there (raspberry leaf - if there's any space left over, more alchemilla).
    - washing machine on: that may need to be draped about inside.
    - write blog
    - phone brother. Seeing my sister on Friday, that's good.
    - SB
    - check the isa money has gone from my account.
    - oh dear. I really, really need to find, or report missing, my visa credit card. I'll have a look and see if it's misfiled in the accounts paperwork :o

KC - do you remember the last time you used the credit card? - online? telephone? - it may be that retracing your steps finds it in an odd place? My mom regularly left her keys in the freezer when I was young as that was the first lot of groceries she always unpacked when she got home - :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's a good point - actually, I've been in and out of the accounts paperwork while trying to do the net worth calculations, so that may be the answer, right there in the to-do list :) I haven't *quite* woken up yet, so thats an appropriate task for Right Now :)

Hope you found the credit card KC. Mr Cheery has lost his bank card, so if you could find that too, that would be great :D :rotfl:

Hope it's not as soggy and vile by you as it is by me! Just had to shut the chickens back in the run as a deep mist has descended and I can't see past the garden gate

You can treat them as additions to your current stash, beanie? But I know that if you buy for specific birthdays, thats a real pain.

I found mine, at any rate :rotfl: It was where I'd started to think it might be, in the stash of paperwork for this year's accounts! This is why my diary on here is still so valuable - who else would understand that :D

Oh my word! It's still as windy, but the sun has returned, maximum chance of rain 20%, maximum temp 21 - very nice too, I might even risk putting my washing out. Hope yours gets better.
