    I'm glad you're here, Noella :j
But what a shame about your larder cupboard
A nephew of mine has an amazing, very easily opening larder cupboard, I think his wife found it at a local auction, because its hand made, solid wood. Mine is mdf from Wickes, of course, though they did cut it down a bit to fit in the right area, by my fridge freezer :j

I'm carrying on with the kitchen rearrangement, and trying to get rid of a few weeds - the garden kind of exploded when I was in Kent :D plus a little tiny bit of computer sorting so I can back it up, and making tomorrow's packed lunch, as I'm off to London for a day trip tomorrow, to see the Edvard Munch exhibition :)

I hear you, Earthie, I hear you :) dont worry. London, I'm sure it will be really interesting, thanks - Edvard is a Norwegian, and that appeals after my travels last year.

Not done much today, though its still only 3pm: spoke with brother and sister (separately!), half an hour in the garden (too hot, I'll go out later on), more work on getting the kitchen stuff downstairs, and a charity shop purchase of a huge pan is going back to the charity shop. Plus Amazon £5 voucher applied for from SB. Numbers on the list are going down very slowly (25 left to do) because cleaning and stocking the kitchen is so big :rotfl: and its only one item on the list :rotfl:

  • The Munch Exhibition sounds intriguing. I only know of The Scream so a visit to it would be very informative for me. Not that I'll be going, about 250 miles separates it and me:( I hope you find it enjoyable and the travel etc all go according to plan:beer:

Sorry just catching up, I dont clean my cans. I also don't really clean fruit or veg. Apples get rubbed against the leg of my jeans (like a cricketer), broccoli or cauliflower gets a swish round in the pot with cold water before the water they cook in goes in. Potatoes get peeled. Oh and bananas get peeled lol.

Dont throw me out for being a mank please !!!

Kc I understand where you are coming from of course and of course it makes sense for you to do such a thing
