You're *so* right

Otherwise, feel quite gloomy, to be honest, more family stuff going onI gave up trying to sleep, so I've done SB and cleared away the Christmas cards, including writing the list of who sent cards *to* me. Unless I know why they didn't send (like, when my mother's funeral was on 20th December) I don't send cards to people who don't send to me any more, I changed that that year.
I'll take a 20 minute break from the computer now, start again doing kitchen tidying.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Sending virtual hugs rather than the emoji on here it looks abit perculiar. Hope the family stuff either gets sorted or at least becomes easier to handle karmacat. I've also stopped sending cards to people who don't send us one too.

Sorry to hear re the gloom KC, hope that shifts a bit in time.
Family stuff is hard and can seem never ending so take care of yourself.
Hope you get the kitchen as you want it before the Wickes' person comes to measure up etc.0 -
Thanks both. The Christmas card thing still feels slightly weird, but as well as 2016, when I *couldn't* send cards, there was also a few conversations with my Zimbabwean/Australian relatives, who stopped years ago - all perfectly amicable, no problems at all, they just decided they wouldn't do it. So I followed suit, and we just wave at one another on facebook now
I wish the family thing was as easy to fix, I'm not sure
Anyway, finishing off SB (those games are quick, but they have to be separated in time!), done some tidying, and renewed my home and contents for the 18th of this month. I did phone to check if they were charging me extra for bike insurance (I gave the bike away last year) but they're not. My heart isn't in an online search for it right now, so I just renewed.
Finally going to list the French apartment income/expenditure. It won't take very long, just a faff.
Hope everyone has a good day.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
